Cryptography Operations Analyst
Cheshire| Hybrid Working £550 – £600 per day Inside IR35 Contract
A leading global organisation is looking for a Cryptography Operations Analyst to join a specialist Cryptography Services function supporting critical security and banking platforms.
This role is focused on the day-to-day operation, support and governance of enterprise cryptographic services, working closely with engineering, security and business stakeholders to ensure services remain secure, compliant and highly available.
Key Responsibilities
* Support enterprise cryptography services including PKI, certificate management and key management.
* Investigate and resolve incidents, problems and service issues relating to cryptographic services.
* Monitor service performance and support operational governance activities.
* Manage certificate lifecycle activities including renewals, deployments and compliance reporting.
* Support change, release and implementation activities across cryptographic platforms.
* Work closely with security, infrastructure and engineering teams to ensure operational resilience.
* Produce and maintain operational documentation, procedures and support runbooks.
* Participate in service reviews, risk assessments and audit activities.
Required Experience
* Experience supporting PKI, certificate management or cryptographic services.
* Background in security operations, infrastructure, IAM or cyber security support.
* Experience working within regulated or enterprise environments.
* Strong incident, problem and change management experience.
* Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
* Familiarity with ITIL-based service management processes.
