Senior Salesforce Financial Services Consultant

12-Month Contract | Cheshire | 2 Days per Week Onsite | £600 – £650 per day (inside)
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Financial Services Consultant to support the delivery of strategic Salesforce initiatives within a complex enterprise Financial Services environment. You must have recent experience working with top financial services clients to be considered.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced Salesforce professional who can operate independently, take ownership of significant workstreams, and help drive the successful delivery of a large-scale Salesforce transformation programme.
Working closely with Business Stakeholders, Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, Data teams and Engineers, you will be responsible for shaping requirements, designing Salesforce solutions and supporting delivery from discovery through to implementation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of Salesforce initiatives across complex business and technology landscapes.
* Work with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
* Create and review business requirements, process flows, wireframes, user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Drive workshops and facilitate discussions with senior stakeholders to define priorities and resolve ambiguity.
* Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Engineering, Data, Integration and Testing teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
* Take ownership of complex business areas from discovery through to implementation and business outcomes.
* Identify risks, dependencies and delivery blockers early, driving them through to resolution.
* Provide leadership and direction to Business Analysts and wider project teams to improve delivery quality and pace.
Essential Experience
* 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience within complex enterprise environments.
* Strong Financial Services or Banking sector experience, including knowledge of regulatory and control frameworks.
* Proven expertise in:
o Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
o Salesforce Data Cloud
o Agentforce
* Demonstrable experience leading major workstreams within large-scale Salesforce transformation programmes.
* Strong understanding of Salesforce solution design and enterprise delivery practices.
* Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical requirements, features and user stories.
* Experience influencing and challenging senior stakeholders while driving decision-making.
* Strong Agile delivery experience working across multiple business and technology disciplines.
* Proven ability to manage cross-programme dependencies, risks and delivery challenges.

Contract: 12 Months
Location: Cheshire (2 days per week onsite)
Rate: Up to £600 per day (inside IR35)
