Oracle Cloud HR Helpdesk Consultant
£540 per day (Inside IR35)
Primarily Remote | Ad hoc travel to client sites (Scotland)
12-month initial contract (highly likely extensions)
Atrium EMEA are supporting a world-leading IT services client on a large-scale public sector programme.
This role sits within a live Oracle Cloud environment supporting over 20,000 users. Following a successful go-live in October 2024, the programme is now focused on support, enhancements, and ongoing system improvements, alongside expanding the platform across additional organisations.
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HR Helpdesk Consultant to support and enhance the HR service management capability within the platform.
Key requirements:
Proven experience delivering HR Helpdesk solutions within Oracle Cloud (or similar environments)
Strong experience across the full lifecycle: requirements gathering, configuration/build, testing, and deployment
Experience working with helpdesk agents, workflows, and service processes
Ability to operate within a live environment (BAU + enhancements)
Additional requirements:
Must be UK-based
Must have 5 years continuous UK residency (eligible for SC clearance)
Previous government/public sector experience is essential
