Introduction
This statement applies to ATRIUM EMEA LIMITED of Floor 6, Quadrant House, 4 Thomas More Square, London, United Kingdom, E1W 1YW, together with ATRIUM WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS UK LIMITED and any other group entities within the Atrium group of companies, referred to in this statement as the “Organisation”.
References to “we”, “us”, “our” and “ours” include the Organisation and those Atrium group entities covered by this statement. The information in this statement relates to the financial year ended 31 December 2025. This statement has been updated during 2026 to reflect changes to the Atrium group entity structure. The information set out in this statement continues to relate to the financial year ended 31 December 2025.
It is a priority for Atrium to ensure that we trade ethically, source responsibly and work to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking throughout our Organisation and in our supply chain. As a globally diverse, woman-owned business, our employees, candidates, and the resources we supply are the focus of everything we do.
We are taking appropriate measures to ensure that everyone who works for us benefits from a working environment in which their fundamental human rights are respected, and anyone we do business with also upholds these principles.

The Organisation considers that modern slavery encompasses:
Commitment
The Organisation acknowledges its responsibilities in relation to tackling modern slavery and commits to complying with the provisions in the Modern Slavery Act 2015. The Organisation understands that this requires an ongoing review of both its internal practices in relation to its labour force and, additionally, its supply chains.
The Organisation does not enter into business with any other organisation, in the United Kingdom or abroad, which knowingly supports or is found to involve itself in slavery, servitude and forced or compulsory labour.
No labour provided to the Organisation in the pursuance of the provision of its own services is obtained by means of slavery or human trafficking. The Organisation strictly adheres to the minimum standards required in relation to its responsibilities under relevant employment legislation in the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and the US.
Organisation’s structure
Our core business activity is recruitment services, we assist individuals in finding work with our hirer clients, whether this is directly or through supply by us, and we assist hirers in introducing or supplying the staff that they require. We also recruit staff to work for us to provide our recruitment services.
We are a part of the Atrium Group of companies. The Group, operated by its board of directors, has over 5000 employees and workers worldwide and operates across the UK, Europe, the Middle East & Africa, and the US. Our business is organised into business units: Talent Services and Workforce Solutions.
Our supply chains
In order to fulfil its activities, the main supply chains of the Organisation include those related to companies, individuals and consultants that provide the services and goods that enable us to operate our business.
Our policies on slavery and human trafficking
We have appropriate policies in place that underpin our commitment to ensure that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. We continuously review and update all our policies.
Our Modern Slavery Policy reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our supply chains.
Due diligence processes for slavery and human trafficking
As part of our initiatives to identify and mitigate the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking, we have a robust supply chain compliance programme, and all suppliers are subject to due diligence and strict compliance checks to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and industry sector best practice.
Due diligence is also undertaken on all candidates, and this includes (but is not limited to) identity verification and right to work checks.

During the relevant financial year, we did not identify any specific areas of our business or supply chains as presenting a heightened risk of modern slavery or human trafficking. We continue to assess and manage risk through supplier due diligence, contractual obligations, compliance checks, right-to-work checks and internal reporting channels.
Supplier adherence to our values
We have zero tolerance to slavery and human trafficking. To ensure all those in our supply chain comply with our values, ethics, policies, statutory requirements, and industry sector best practice, these are incorporated into all our agreements with suppliers as contractual obligations.
Training
Training on modern slavery and human trafficking is available to all employees and is incorporated into our annual employee training schedule.
Key Performance Indicators/Steps
The Organisation has not, to its knowledge, conducted any business with another organisation which has been found to have involved itself with modern slavery.
In accordance with section 54(4) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, the Organisation has taken the following steps to ensure that modern slavery is not taking place:
We assess the effectiveness of the measures we take by reviewing supplier due diligence outcomes, monitoring compliance checks, reviewing contractual protections, maintaining reporting channels and considering whether any modern slavery concerns have been identified during the year.
Modern slavery compliance officer
The Organisation has a modern slavery compliance officer, to whom all concerns regarding modern slavery should be addressed, and who will then undertake relevant action with regard to the Organisation’s obligations.
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and relates to the financial year ended 31 December 2025. It will be reviewed for each financial year.
