Business Analyst – Financial Services
Location: Cheshire (2 days per week on-site)
Rate: £405 per day (Inside IR35)
Contract: 12 months initial (likely extensions)
Atrium EMEA are supporting a world-leading IT services client on a major financial services programme. We’re looking for a strong Business Analyst with recent experience working within top-tier banking environments.
This is a delivery-focused role, working across change initiatives in a highly regulated environment. You’ll need to be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and driving requirements from concept through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements across complex change programmes
Work closely with stakeholders across business and technology teams
Produce high-quality documentation (BRDs, process maps, user stories, etc.)
Support solution design and ensure alignment with business objectives
Facilitate workshops and drive consensus across multiple stakeholders
Operate effectively within Agile and/or hybrid delivery environments
Required Experience:
Strong Business Analysis experience within top-tier financial services organisations (essential)
Proven experience working on complex change/transformation programmes
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong documentation and process mapping capability
Experience working in regulated environments
Additional Requirements:
Must be based within a commutable distance to Cheshire (ideally within 1 hour)
Able to commit to 2 days per week on-site
